Exchanges & Returns

Returns are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unironed, and free from any signs of use. The item must be complete with all original labels, tags, and intact packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items with damage, stains, odors, alterations, or any other condition that compromises their resalability.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for properly shipping the product until it reaches our headquarters; we therefore recommend using a trackable service. Once the return has been received and verified, we will communicate the outcome of the request and, if necessary, issue a refund according to the established procedures.
